Milk proteins are washed 3 times after separation from the whey. This means that the cottage cheese does not contain lactose. Cottage cheese contains high-quality protein. Contains all essential amino acids. It also contains tryptophan, a precursor of serotonin and dopamine (happiness hormones), as well as vitamin B12, vitamin B2, vitamins B1, B6, PP, A, D and E.

• Rice
